Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy

Given that Roland DG is a company that develops, designs, manufactures, installs and services a range of computer peripheral equipment, its management systems function in accordance with the policy stated below.

The IMS policy is periodically reviewed by management to ensure that it is adequate and up to date.

Roland DG understands the importance of meeting customer requirements. We ensure compliance with legal and other requirements and provide reliable products while continuously improving the effectiveness of its Integrated Management System in an effort to improve the quality of business operations.

Roland DG, in its business activities, strives to reduce and recycle waste, make effective use of resources and prevent environmental pollution caused by chemicals. We pay attention to resource and energy conservation, and take environmental considerations into account in the development and design of our products.

Roland DG gives the utmost priority to the occupational safety and health of its employees, constantly endeavoring to improve the work environment and promote employee health while implementing programs to prevent workplace accidents.

Each department sets its objectives and goals with respect to achievement of the IMS policy, and therefore all personnel of the applicable organizational units implement integrated management. Such objectives and goals are reviewed periodically and modified as needed

Roland DG strives to communicate the IMS policy to all personnel of the applicable organizational units via posters and the intranet website. The company's environmental information is released to the general public on the company's official website.
