Vice President, Chuchat Sohmanee
As Vice President, I oversee the overall management of the Thai factory, including regulatory compliance and ISO 9001 management. I take pride in the Roland DG brand and our commitment to manufacturing high-quality products for our customers. Whenever challenges arise in the market, we swiftly address them, striving to ensure customer satisfaction.
Each year, we establish department-specific annual goals to achieve the targets set by our headquarters and actively engage in diverse activities to attain them. Regular discussions within departments ensure thorough monitoring of our progress towards these objectives.
The key to long-term commitment is fostering teamwork and maintaining motivation. It is fulfilling to be recognized for the results of our efforts, and this recognition fuels our motivation to continue our activities. We are consistently growing each year and will continue to aim for further progress in the future.
Senior Manager, Manufacturing Department, Bongkoch Sawetpaisankul
I am responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing department, including production planning, new product launches, and jig fabrication. I oversee a team of 180 employees. I believe Roland DG provides growth opportunities for all its employees. Personally, when I joined the company, I had no prior experience in manufacturing, but I was able to progress from a staff member to a manager.
I take great pride in delivering Roland DG's branded products to customers worldwide. It brings me joy to see items manufactured using our products being sold in department stores here in Thailand. One of the most memorable experiences in my career was participating in a three-month training program at headquarters in Japan before the completion of the Thai factory. The staff at the headquarters kindly and diligently guided me. As COVID-19 restrictions gradually eased, we had the honor of having executives from the headquarters join our 10th-anniversary event last year, which made me feel that the Thai factory is valued as an integral part of the Roland DG Group.
The key to long-term commitment for me is enjoying work while tackling it. I aspire to create an environment where all staff members can work happily. Staff members often come to me for advice when they face challenges, and I will continue to support them with my 11 years of experience. Furthermore, I have a strong desire to introduce new technologies to achieve more efficient production processes.
Human Resources Manager, Chalalai Sangsawat
I am responsible for personnel management, recruitment, labor affairs, talent development, and employee benefits in the Human Resources department. I oversee a team of five staff members and seven operators.
Roland DG stands out among the industrial park companies in terms of its work environment, vacation policies, and employee benefits, making it a company that provides a comfortable working environment. Additionally, the company is proactive in adopting new tools and systems.
I take pride in being a part of the Thai factory since its establishment. From the inception of the factory until now, I have witnessed its adaptability to environmental changes and its growth.
One memorable experience from my work was when I traveled to Japan to observe the Human Resources operations at our headquarters. As there are limited opportunities for our department to travel to Japan, it was a valuable experience for me.
The key to long-term commitment is being flexible and adaptable to environmental changes. This is a value that I have cherished for a long time, and I have come to realize its importance even more after joining the company. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, the ability to respond to changes was crucial.
Moving forward, I will continue to focus on further developing my own skills and supporting the growth of my team members.
Thank you for your valuable insights during the interview. We anticipate even greater contributions from you in the future.
