Announcement of goals for the next fiscal year

Every year, we hold an event to share our goals for the next fiscal year, likening it to “The Day,” a special day in surfing when a big wave comes once a year. This year, all employees at the headquarters and dozens of people from overseas subsidiaries came to Japan. Following the completion of the management buyout (MBO), we can now better see the path for further growth and everyone listened intently with an eye on the next fiscal year and beyond.

CEO, Representative Director Tanabe took the stage first. He looked back on the many new products that were released this fiscal year and said that he would like to expand the market for products using new technologies such as powder 3D printers. In addition, new leaders from each region took the stage and shared their enthusiasm for strengthening sales around the world. With an eye toward 2030, Tanabe emphasized the need to create new businesses. “The answer lies in the field,” he said, “and the speed of moving is important.” He then asked employees to work even harder.

Each executive also explained the prospects for new businesses as well as the importance of existing businesses and related strategies for the next fiscal year and beyond.

The Day 2026 concluded with a long-term service award and a group photo shoot. The annual special day has become an opportunity to unify and boost morale among management and employees.

Working together to improve corporate value

Through The Day 2026 and related events, not only employees at the headquarters but also employees of subsidiaries around the world increased their awareness of management goals and strategies for the next fiscal year as “their own business.” In addition, when employees saw new products with high expectations and highly competitive existing products, they were convinced that the company’s corporate value would be enhanced. We will continue to strive to solve global issues based on our company’s purpose.
